We offer a 5-day return policy for unworn items in original packaging. Custom-made pieces and engraved items are final sale.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team or use the returns portal on your account page. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for domestic returns.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Yes, we offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for all Murtaza Paradise pieces. Repairs are available at competitive rates with our skilled team.
What is your warranty policy?
All pieces come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers loose stones, broken clasps, and other quality issues.
